Bruno Pouget is a Broker/Partner at Astoban Realty Group (a Philadelphia boutique real estate firm). At ARG, Bruno offers his Advisory Services (AS) for the acquisition, development and refurbishment of undervalued and distressed Philadelphia assets.

Bruno is subsequently involved in all aspects of the real estate transaction, including asset management and operation, lease and or sale options for high-end residential real estate. Bruno’s real estate portfolio includes residential, retail, commercial and hospitality.

Prior to joining ARG, Bruno was an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Preferred (CBP) focusing on luxury residential sales. His recent sales portfolio exceeded $39,500,000 propelling Bruno to the top 5 percentile salespeople of the year and recipient of International President’s Circle; Prior to joining CBP, Bruno was an Associate at Michael Salove Company, one of Philadelphia leaders in the Commercial & Retail in downtown Philadelphia.

Born and raised in Bordeaux France Bruno relocated to the United States soon after his French military service ended almost 25 years ago. Bruno quickly established residency in Pennsylvania and founded one of Philadelphia’s most iconic French bistros, ‘Caribou Café’; a Parisian bistro that has garnered rave reviews from the New York Times and Philadelphia Magazine including “Best of Philly” awards during its 23 years of landmark existence.

Bruno’s restaurant experience extends well beyond the confines of one operation and includes places such as Noble, Apothecary Bar & Lounge, Blue Restaurant and Liberty Boards.

Although most of Bruno’s real estate acquisitions are conducted on behalf of third party, Bruno has personally invested and developed mixed-use projects throughout Philadelphia, including 1126 Walnut Street, 1214 Arch Street, and 1242 Susquehanna Avenue & Roost Apartment Hotels.

Through his continuous market research and extensive experience Bruno has gained in-depth knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market. He remains devoted and committed to the continuous improvement and development of Philadelphia neighborhoods one block at a time. Bruno is a Business School graduate and an avid cyclist, yoga practitioner and surfer.
